ColorTokens, Inc. and its subsidiaries around the world (“ColorTokens”, “we”, “us” or “our”) understand that when our clients, partners and other individuals ( “you” or “your”) provide personal data to ColorTokens, they place their trust in us.
This Privacy Statement describes ColorTokens’ practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information of an identified or identifiable natural person (“personal data”) processed through the use of ColorTokens’ website at www.colortokens.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides an overview of how ColorTokens, via our Site, products, and services, handles privacy and data protection. ColorTokens is committed to processing personal data in compliance with applicable laws, while taking into consideration the imperative interests of our you, our clients and different partners.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Site. If your company has engaged ColorTokens to provide ColorTokens products and/or services (collectively, the “Services”), your company and ColorTokens have agreed to a separate agreement that, among other things, governs the use of all of the data collected and maintained by ColorTokens in connection with the operation of the Services. The agreement between your company and ColorTokens takes precedence over the conflicting provision in this Policy.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
ColorTokens primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, administer your use of the Site, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Site.
Comments
In an effort to detect any potential spam, we may collect and retain any comments left on the Site along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service if your email address is the same one used with the service. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images on the Site.
Contact forms
The details or information that you provide in the forms will be used strictly for communication purposes and will not be shared with any third party. The data is safe and secure and we ensure utmost caution in protecting your data.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our Site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. This feature is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our Site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.

Neither our team members or hackers can access the data without the necessary permissions. We user ColorTokens technology to isolate the data or information, and any breach will limit the amount of data being lost to a fraction.
What Data Do We Receive From Third Parties
We collect data from third-party services to enhance your experience or deliver tailored communication. The data collected is limited to advertising, industry and your public profile data.
What Automated Decision Making and/or Profiling We Do With User Data
The profile that we collect from the data you provide are used for profiling, grouping and segmenting. The data is used for communication and advertising. Based on the behavior your exhibit on the Site, it is used to personalize the communication but not limited to website, email, social communication and advertisements.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
ColorTokens does not collect any financial information or store any information that we collect through forms in our data center. Information collected through forms is stored with the respective third-party services in compliance with the data and privacy laws in their respective industries. ColorTokens adhere to all data privacy laws that are in enforced across regions and territories worldwide.
Protection Of Children’s Information
This Site is not designed to attract children under the age of consent in their country of residence. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from or market to any children and we request that children under the age of consent not submit personal information to us through our Site. If you believe that we have received information from any children, please notify us immediately, and we will ensure that reasonable efforts will be made by us to delete such information from our database.
