Dr. Mehta was the first venture capitalist of Indian origin in Silicon Valley, investing in numerous successful technology start-ups. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman of ColorTokens, Dr. Mehta is currently the Chairman of Compex Legal Services as well as a member of Shipcom Wireless’ Board of Directors. Dr. Mehta previously served on the boards of organizations like Viking River Cruises, Retrotope, Quisic.com, eMBA, the Indus Entrepreneurs, TiE, Fort Mason Center Foundation, and the San Francisco Zoo. Dr. Mehta was also a General Partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners, a $10 billion investment and venture capital firm, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Rajesh Khazanchi is a cybersecurity pioneer who’s been on the front lines of the battle against cyberattacks for nearly three decades. As a security entrepreneur and executive, Rajesh is motivated by the ideal that no one – not businesses, not families, not individuals – should be forced to feel the pain of a cyberattack. That’s what fuels his work as CEO of ColorTokens, a leader in autonomous Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions, where he oversees the company vision and overall global strategy. Prior to ColorTokens, Rajesh led product development teams at HP, Oracle, and VMware. He has been awarded six patents for his innovations in cloud automation and cybersecurity.

Raja Ukil is a transformational IT executive and globally recognized cybersecurity leader, known for building resilient organizations and driving strategic growth across regions. A CIO 100 Hall of Fame honoree, Raja brings more than two decades of experience in technology transformation, cybersecurity leadership, and customer success.
Before joining ColorTokens, Raja served as CIO and Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services at Wipro. He has also served on several global customer advisory boards for leading technology enterprises and emerging startups.
At ColorTokens, Raja leads Alliances with Global System Integrator (SI) engagements and APJ strategic growth initiatives spanning India, ASEAN, and ANZ. His focus is on accelerating market expansion and developing the next generation of leaders to support the company’s long-term vision.
Head of Sales and Channel - Americas
Mac Grant is Vice President, Americas Sales and Channels at Colortokens. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has a strong history of helping organizations ensure operational resilience in the face of a continuous escalation of cyber threats. He is passionate about the need to move beyond the ‘hard crunchy exterior’ model of protection and focused on helping clients become truly ‘Breach Ready’. This has driven powerful outcomes for countless organizations.
Prior to joining Colortokens, Mac has held key positions with Akamai Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Network Associates, and Internet Security Systems. Mac is married with 2 daughters, one granddaughter, and two crazy rescue dogs. In his spare time, Mac enjoys traveling, mountain biking, skiing, and participating in off-road triathlons.

A seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience guiding high-performing teams and closing multi-million-dollar deals across Europe and beyond, Adrian has a proven track record of driving revenue growth—scaling ARR from modest beginnings to well over $10 million—by blending strategic vision with hands-on execution.
His background includes senior roles at leading cybersecurity firms such as Guardicore/Akamai, SecureAuth, SentinelOne, and Mitiga, where he deepened his expertise in Zero Trust, cloud security, IAM, advanced threat detection, and incident response. Known for staying ahead of security trends, Adrian is trusted by clients to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. His relaxed, approachable style makes technically complex concepts easy to understand and helps foster long-term client relationships built on trust and results.

Arvind's mandate as COO is to ensure that our systems, procedures, finances, and governance are running seamlessly. He brings more than 30 years of solving strategic and operational problems for global companies such as McKinsey, TRW and Toyota. He was also the CEO of Compex Legal Systems where he completed a successful turnaround that led the company to a rewarding exit. Arvind graduated from Stanford engineering school and the University of Chicago business school at the top of his class.

David Burton is the Vice President of Marketing at ColorTokens. He is a growth-focused marketing leader with deep experience in building category-dominating cybersecurity brands. He has a passion for bringing new, innovative products to market and more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity with both startups and market leaders. Prior to ColorTokens, he held senior marketing positions at leading companies including Guardicore, Dig Security, Check Point, and Symantec, where he helped shape global demand and brand strategy for these industry-defining security platforms. Dave blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to build brands that win trust, drive revenue, and redefine cybersecurity markets.

Harish, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ColorTokens, stands at the forefront of innovation and leadership. Boasting more than three decades of expertise in enterprise software and cloud development, he has directed product development projects for some of the most prominent companies in the sector. Harish is renowned for his strategic insight into acquisitions and his knack for conceptualizing, crafting, and launching exceptionally successful products. He thrives in leading global software teams, demonstrating unparalleled skill in guiding diverse teams to meet ambitious objectives within agile and dynamic environments.
Senior Vice President & GM, Healthcare and Life Sciences
Dr. Guru Gurushankar is a global healthcare and life sciences leader with over 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He currently serves at ColorTokens, where he focuses on leveraging his extensive healthcare knowledge to support the company in serving healthcare and life sciences customers worldwide. Previously, he led Corporate Development at Royal Philips, overseeing strategy, M&A, and partnerships. He also headed AWS Healthcare’s medical device practice and served as VP & GM at Cardinal Health, driving growth in a $10B medical segment portfolio. Earlier, he held key roles at Johnson & Johnson and GE Healthcare. Dr. Gurushankar holds a PhD from Michigan and an MBA from Wharton.

Sunil Prasad Muralidhar is a founding member of ColorTokens and a seasoned executive with deep experience across cybersecurity and enterprise technology. As Vice President of Partnerships & Customer Experience, he leads key growth initiatives spanning Customers, Technology Partners, and Global System Integrators (GSIs).
With a strong foundation in both product strategy and go-to-market leadership, Sunil has been instrumental in shaping ColorTokens’ growth and strategic direction. Before joining ColorTokens, he held product management roles at Tintri and VMware, and engineering positions at Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Philips.

Humildad is collaborative strategic finance and HR leader. She brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership and more than 12 years in HR leadership She partners with the C-suite and senior leadership team to formulate and implement strong financial processes that build corporate value, improve efficiencies and contain costs.
Chief Evangelist
Agnidipta Sarkar is a leading cybersecurity evangelist who has been an Auditor, a Consultant, a Practice Leader, a Risk Officer, and a CISO. Agni leads the ColorTokens CISO Advisory program, arming CISOs, CXOs, and Boards to build cyber defense and digital resilience and adopt zero trust. Agni is a contributing member of ISO, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, ISA and BCI. He is leading a panel to publish the first digital resilience standard for the Bureau of Indian Standards. Before ColorTokens, Agni was the Group CISO at a major pharma organization.

Satyam Tyagi is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of expertise in Zero Trust security, endpoint protection, and networking. As VP of Products at ColorTokens, he drives product strategy and execution, delivering scalable security solutions for enterprises and critical infrastructure.
Satyam holds over 10 patents in cybersecurity and networking, with technologies adopted by Cisco, Avaya and ColorTokens. He played a key role in developing Samsung Knox, securing US military certification, and led mobile security efforts at Zscaler. His career includes leadership roles at Certes Networks, Juniper, and Sipera (Avaya).
A recognized industry thought leader, Satyam has spoken at major events like Black Hat, RSA and DSCI. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from IIT (BHU). Based in Fremont, California, he continues to drive innovation in Zero Trust security.
Vice President, Solution and Deployment Engineering
Ganesh Murugesan is a seasoned technology leader with more than three decades of success deploying scalable, reliable, high-performance security software worldwide, Ganesh Murugesan holds six US patents in network security and brings deep, hands-on experience building software-defined security and software-defined perimeter solutions to solve critical enterprise infrastructure and security challenges.
He combines technical expertise with strategic leadership and has led global engineering organizations that build innovative products and translate them into impactful customer solutions. At ColorTokens, Ganesh focuses on bridging product innovation with execution excellence, ensuring technology delivers measurable value and customer success. He leads high-performing teams that turn innovation into rapid, measurable outcomes.
With a relentless focus on speed, precision, and quality, he ensures complex deployments translate into seamless customer experiences. Ganesh champions an engineering culture built on agility and excellence, shortening time-to-value while maximizing satisfaction. Vice President, Cloud and IoT Engineering
Ravi is a seasoned technology leader who brings to ColorTokens more than 25 years of experience developing highly differentiated cloud and enterprise software products. He has an excellent reputation for building global teams working in an agile environment. Ravi was responsible for bringing many successful $50M+ enterprise products to market. He is skilled in enterprise security, enterprise software, micro-service architecture, cloud computing, database, and agile methodologies.
Vice President of Manufacturing and Energy
Gautam Sinha is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Energy at ColorTokens. He is a senior leadership executive with deep expertise in the Energy and Power industry, Manufacturing, and Automation. He has a proven record of managing large product portfolios and creating significant new revenue streams by leveraging emerging technologies.
He is a recognized expert in IT/OT convergence and the digital transformation initiatives driving Industry 4.0 and 5.0 across multiple sectors. Previously, he held key leadership roles in the US and Europe at Deloitte, Halliburton, Emerson, and GE, where he led global teams and launched award-winning services.
Gautam holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds over 15 patents and has numerous peer-reviewed publications.
Vice President, Public Sector
Jim Sutton is ColorTokens' Vice President, Public Sector. He joined ColorTokens after distinguished careers in both the Department of Defense and the private sector.
He retired from active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Colonel and Judge Advocate, then completed another career as a senior Air Force civilian responsible for strategic planning and depot operations. Following his government service, Jim spent 11 years at Northrop Grumman as Senior Director, leading strategy, business development, and customer engagement. He joined ColorTokens as a consultant in 2023 and assumed his current role in March 2024.
Across his career, Jim has worked across domestic and international aerospace and defense, with deep involvement in software development, IT, and cybersecurity as a customer. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University, along with several executive development programs and professional military education.
Federal Chief Technology Officer
As Federal CTO, Lou leads ColorTokens' technology roadmap for federal customers, ensuring solutions align with agency missions and evolving cyber threats. He works closely with federal CIOs and CTOs to ensure technologies meet stringent compliance requirements while advancing AI, cloud security, and Zero Trust microsegmentation.
Previously, as the CISO at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Lou spearheaded robust cybersecurity frameworks and fostered a resilient digital environment. Beginning in February 2022, he focused on orchestrating the Department's long-term Zero Trust strategy, defining key capabilities, developing a detailed roadmap, and managing budget allocations for Zero Trust initiatives. Lou played a central role in unifying a department-wide integrated team to drive seamless adoption of Zero Trust principles. These efforts were instrumental in strengthening protections for sensitive government data against evolving cyber threats.

Thomas Rogers leads Public Sector Alliances, Channels, and Distribution at ColorTokens. He brings more than 30 years of experience driving market share and accelerating revenue growth for leading technology companies.
Tom has a proven background in building and scaling high-performing direct and indirect sales organizations, empowering teams and partners to exceed targets and deliver strong results. Before joining ColorTokens, he served as the cyber growth lead for Red River and Palo Alto Networks.

C.P. Gurnani, known affectionately as “CP,” is the Co-founder and CEO of AIonOS, helping businesses become AI-native through a seamless blend of infrastructure, data, and generative AI.
With over 40 years of experience driving enterprise transformation, CP served as CEO and MD of Tech Mahindra for more than a decade. He's best known for leading one of the most remarkable corporate turnarounds—the acquisition and revival of Satyam. His career includes leadership roles at global tech giants like Hewlett Packard, Perot Systems, and HCL.

Tony Scott, CEO of the TonyScottGroup, was the third Federal CIO (2015-2018) of the United States Government in the nation’s history. Tony is one of the world’s foremost security and IT experts. As U.S. CIO, Tony created the government-wide response plan to the OPM incident, including the Cybersecurity Sprint and Implementation Plan (CSIP), which dramatically improved the federal government’s security posture. Prior to his tenure as U.S. CIO, Scott was the CIO at VMWare, CIO at Microsoft Corporation, CIO at The Walt Disney Company, and CTO at General Motors. Tony was inducted into CIO Magazine’s Hall of Fame in 2009.

A pioneer of the Indian IT industry, Arjun Malhotra has been a successful entrepreneur and technology leader for more than four decades. Arjun first made his mark when he co-founded the HCL Group in 1975, taking it from a six-person “garage operation” to one of India’s largest IT corporations. He's founded several more companies and held numerous executive positions in the years since with organizations like TechSpan, Headstrong, and Magic Software. Arjun’s long list of professional accolades includes the Albert Einstein Technology Medal and the DQ Lifetime Achievement Award.

A globally recognized IT leader and entrepreneur, Abidali Neemuchwala served as the CEO of Wipro from 2016 - 2020, where he helped drive significant growth in digital services and overall revenue. Prior to heading Wipro, Abidali spent more than two decades with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), eventually rising to the rank of CEO. Abidali currently sits on the boards of the Texas Economic Development Corporation and the World Affairs Council of DFW in addition to his role as a Strategic Advisor for ColorTokens. Abidali has earned numerous industry awards and recognition, including BPO CEO of the Year honors in 2010 and 2012.
Former Crowdstrike CPO & renowned technologist
Amol Kulkarni joined our Board in December 2023. Formerly, he was the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at CrowdStrike until August 2023, having held leadership roles there since 2014. Before CrowdStrike, Kulkarni spent 14 years at Microsoft in various product and software positions. Currently, he is a board member for a private company specializing in managing employee access to organizational systems. Kulkarni earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Poona, a Master of Technology in Energy Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
Strategic Advisor, Healthcare
Chuck Suitor is a healthcare information technology executive with over 35 years of experience. He is the former Chief Technology Officer of MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where he spent 26 years of his career. Chuck retired from MD Anderson in 2022 and is currently a Strategic Advisor to ColorTokens.
