Nitin Mehta

Dr. Nitin Mehta is an accomplished entrepreneur, technology leader, and philanthropist. Dr. Mehta was the first venture capitalist of Indian origin in Silicon Valley, investing in numerous successful technology start-ups. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman of ColorTokens, Dr. Mehta is currently the Chairman of Compex Legal Services as well as a member of Shipcom Wireless’ Board of Directors. Dr. Mehta previously served on the boards of organizations like Viking River Cruises, Retrotope, Quisic.com, eMBA, the Indus Entrepreneurs, TiE, Fort Mason Center Foundation, and the San Francisco Zoo. Dr. Mehta was also a General Partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners, a $10 billion investment and venture capital firm, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

That’s what fuels his work as CEO of ColorTokens, a leader in autonomous Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions, where he oversees the company vision and overall global strategy. Prior to ColorTokens, Rajesh led product development teams at HP, Oracle, and VMware. He has been awarded six patents for his innovations in cloud automation and cybersecurity.

A CIO 100 Hall of Fame honoree, Raja brings more than two decades of experience in technology transformation, cybersecurity leadership, and customer success.

Before joining ColorTokens, Raja served as CIO and Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services at Wipro. He has also served on several global customer advisory boards for leading technology enterprises and emerging startups.

At ColorTokens, Raja leads Alliances with Global System Integrator (SI) engagements and APJ strategic growth initiatives spanning India, ASEAN, and ANZ. His focus is on accelerating market expansion and developing the next generation of leaders to support the company’s long-term vision.

Mac Grant is Vice President, Americas Sales and Channels at Colortokens. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has a strong history of helping organizations ensure operational resilience in the face of a continuous escalation of cyber threats. He is passionate about the need to move beyond the ‘hard crunchy exterior’ model of protection and focused on helping clients become truly ‘Breach Ready’. This has driven powerful outcomes for countless organizations.

Prior to joining Colortokens, Mac has held key positions with Akamai Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Network Associates, and Internet Security Systems. Mac is married with 2 daughters, one granddaughter, and two crazy rescue dogs. In his spare time, Mac enjoys traveling, mountain biking, skiing, and participating in off-road triathlons.

He was also the CEO of Compex Legal Systems where he completed a successful turnaround that led the company to a rewarding exit. Arvind graduated from Stanford engineering school and the University of Chicago business school at the top of his class.

Previously, he led Corporate Development at Royal Philips, overseeing strategy, M&A, and partnerships. He also headed AWS Healthcare’s medical device practice and served as VP & GM at Cardinal Health, driving growth in a $10B medical segment portfolio. Earlier, he held key roles at Johnson & Johnson and GE Healthcare. Dr. Gurushankar holds a PhD from Michigan and an MBA from Wharton.

Before joining ColorTokens, he held product management roles at Tintri and VMware, and engineering positions at Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Philips.

Agnidipta Sarkar is a leading cybersecurity evangelist who has been an Auditor, a Consultant, a Practice Leader, a Risk Officer, and a CISO. Agni leads the ColorTokens CISO Advisory program, arming CISOs, CXOs, and Boards to build cyber defense and digital resilience and adopt zero trust. Agni is a contributing member of ISO, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, ISA and BCI. He is leading a panel to publish the first digital resilience standard for the Bureau of Indian Standards. Before ColorTokens, Agni was the Group CISO at a major pharma organization.

Satyam Tyagi

Satyam Tyagi is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of expertise in Zero Trust security, endpoint protection, and networking. As VP of Products at ColorTokens, he drives product strategy and execution, delivering scalable security solutions for enterprises and critical infrastructure.

Satyam holds over 10 patents in cybersecurity and networking, with technologies adopted by Cisco, Avaya and ColorTokens. He played a key role in developing Samsung Knox, securing US military certification, and led mobile security efforts at Zscaler. His career includes leadership roles at Certes Networks, Juniper, and Sipera (Avaya).

A recognized industry thought leader, Satyam has spoken at major events like Black Hat, RSA and DSCI. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from IIT (BHU). Based in Fremont, California, he continues to drive innovation in Zero Trust security.

At ColorTokens, Ganesh focuses on bridging product innovation with execution excellence, ensuring technology delivers measurable value and customer success. Gautam Sinha is the Vice President of Manufacturing and Energy at ColorTokens. He is a senior leadership executive with deep expertise in the Energy and Power industry, Manufacturing, and Automation. He has a proven record of managing large product portfolios and creating significant new revenue streams by leveraging emerging technologies.

He is a recognized expert in IT/OT convergence and the digital transformation initiatives driving Industry 4.0 and 5.0 across multiple sectors. Previously, he held key leadership roles in the US and Europe at Deloitte, Halliburton, Emerson, and GE, where he led global teams and launched award-winning services.

Gautam holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds over 15 patents and has numerous peer-reviewed publications.

Jim Sutton

Jim Sutton is ColorTokens' Vice President, Public Sector. He joined ColorTokens after distinguished careers in both the Department of Defense and the private sector.

He retired from active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Colonel and Judge Advocate, then completed another career as a senior Air Force civilian responsible for strategic planning and depot operations. Following his government service, Jim spent 11 years at Northrop Grumman as Senior Director, leading strategy, business development, and customer engagement. He joined ColorTokens as a consultant in 2023 and assumed his current role in March 2024.

Across his career, Jim has worked across domestic and international aerospace and defense, with deep involvement in software development, IT, and cybersecurity as a customer. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University, along with several executive development programs and professional military education.

Louis (Lou) Eichenbaum

As Federal CTO, Lou leads ColorTokens' technology roadmap for federal customers, ensuring solutions align with agency missions and evolving cyber threats. He works closely with federal CIOs and CTOs to ensure technologies meet stringent compliance requirements while advancing AI, cloud security, and Zero Trust microsegmentation.

Previously, as the CISO at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Lou spearheaded robust cybersecurity frameworks and fostered a resilient digital environment. Beginning in February 2022, he focused on orchestrating the Department's long-term Zero Trust strategy, defining key capabilities, developing a detailed roadmap, and managing budget allocations for Zero Trust initiatives. Lou played a central role in unifying a department-wide integrated team to drive seamless adoption of Zero Trust principles. These efforts were instrumental in strengthening protections for sensitive government data against evolving cyber threats.

Prior to his tenure as U.S. CIO, Scott was the CIO at VMWare, CIO at Microsoft Corporation, CIO at The Walt Disney Company, and CTO at General Motors. Tony was inducted into CIO Magazine’s Hall of Fame in 2009.

Amol Kulkarni joined our Board in December 2023. Formerly, he was the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at CrowdStrike until August 2023, having held leadership roles there since 2014. Before CrowdStrike, Kulkarni spent 14 years at Microsoft in various product and software positions. Currently, he is a board member for a private company specializing in managing employee access to organizational systems. Kulkarni earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Poona, a Master of Technology in Energy Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
