Nitin Mehta

Dr. Nitin Mehta is an accomplished entrepreneur, technology leader, and philanthropist. Dr. Mehta was the first venture capitalist of Indian origin in Silicon Valley, investing in numerous successful technology start-ups. In addition to his role as Executive Chairman of ColorTokens, Dr. Mehta is currently the Chairman of Compex Legal Services as well as a member of Shipcom Wireless’ Board of Directors. Dr. Mehta previously served on the boards of organizations like Viking River Cruises, Retrotope, Quisic.com, eMBA, the Indus Entrepreneurs, TiE, Fort Mason Center Foundation, and the San Francisco Zoo. Dr. Mehta was also a General Partner of Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners, a $10 billion investment and venture capital firm, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Rajesh Khazanchi is a cybersecurity pioneer who’s been on the front lines of the battle against cyberattacks for nearly three decades. As a security entrepreneur and executive, Rajesh is motivated by the ideal that no one – not businesses, not families, not individuals – should be forced to feel the pain of a cyberattack. That’s what fuels his work as CEO of ColorTokens, a leader in autonomous Zero Trust cybersecurity solutions, where he oversees the company vision and overall global strategy. Prior to ColorTokens, Rajesh led product development teams at HP, Oracle, and VMware. He has been awarded six patents for his innovations in cloud automation and cybersecurity.

Jagdish Mahapatra is responsible for global Go to Market strategy for ColorTokens. He has vast experience of scaling businesses in Cisco, McAfee and CrowdStrike, with a significant exposure in the Asia Pacific markets. Jagdish is a TED speaker with multiple talks to his credit on Cybersecurity and leadership. He has been recognized as one of the Top 40 leaders under 40 by Businessworld in India in 2011. He is passionate about building a winning culture of people and purpose with proven results in his leadership roles in McAfee and CrowdStrike.

Raja Ukil

Raja Ukil is a transformational IT executive who specializes in managing and remodeling IT infrastructure. He is a globally recognized cybersecurity leader and CIO 100 Hall of Fame honoree. Raja joined ColorTokens after nearly two decades as an executive with Wipro, where he served as CIO as well as Global Head of Cybersecurity and Risk Services. He has been a part of global customer advisory boards for Cisco, SAP (APJ), Symantec and several product companies and startups like Drona HQ, NextThink, and ParaBlu. His current focus is leveraging his wealth of cybersecurity expertise to help ColorTokens serve customers around the world.

Arvind Korde

Arvind's mandate as COO is to ensure that our systems, procedures, finances, and governance are running seamlessly. He brings more than 30 years of solving strategic and operational problems for global companies such as McKinsey, TRW and Toyota. He was also the CEO of Compex Legal Systems where he completed a successful turnaround that led the company to a rewarding exit. Arvind graduated from Stanford engineering school and the University of Chicago business school at the top of his class.

Ganesh Murugesan

Ganesh Murugesan is a seasoned technology leader with three decades of success deploying scalable, reliable, high-performance security software worldwide. The holder of six US patents for network security, Ganesh has deep, hands-on experience building software-defined security and software-defined perimeter solutions to solve critical enterprise infrastructure and security problems. As a key contributor to Gauntlet Firewall, one of the world’s first commercial firewalls, Ganesh brings a unique perspective on how perimeter security has expanded and evolved to meet emergent business needs. Before joining the ColorTokens team, Ganesh served as Senior VP of Engineering at Certes Networks, in addition to other leadership roles at a succession of startups. He is consistently drawn to the startup culture that nurtures and rewards business agility, and he’s excited to bring that perspective to ColorTokens.

Ravi Pattabhi

Ravi is a seasoned technology leader who brings to ColorTokens more than 25 years of experience developing highly differentiated cloud and enterprise software products. He has an excellent reputation for building global teams working in an agile environment. Ravi was responsible for bringing many successful $50M+ enterprise products to market. He is skilled in enterprise security, enterprise software, micro-service architecture, cloud computing, database, and agile methodologies.

Humildad Pasimio

Humildad is collaborative strategic finance and HR leader.  She brings more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership and more than 12 years in HR leadership  She partners with the C-suite and senior leadership team to formulate and implement strong financial processes that build corporate value, improve efficiencies and contain costs.

Michael Mastrole

Michael has over 20 years of leading successful sales engineering, technical and product management teams, bringing a unique approach to problem solving from both technical and business perspective. He most recently led the Sales Engineering team at CyCognito and Illumio.

Agnidipta Sarkar

Agnidipta Sarkar is a leading cybersecurity evangelist who has been an Auditor, a Consultant, a Practice Leader, a Risk Officer, and a CISO. Agni leads the ColorTokens CISO Advisory program, arming CISOs, CXOs, and Boards to build cyber defense and digital resilience and adopt zero trust. Agni is a contributing member of ISO, Cloud Security Alliance, NIST, ISA and BCI. He is leading a panel to publish the first digital resilience standard for the Bureau of Indian Standards. Before ColorTokens, Agni was the Group CISO at a major pharma organization.

Tony Scott, CEO of the TonyScottGroup, was the third Federal CIO (2015-2018) of the United States Government in the nation’s history. Tony is one of the world’s foremost security and IT experts. As U.S. CIO, Tony created the government-wide response plan to the OPM incident, including the Cybersecurity Sprint and Implementation Plan (CSIP), which dramatically improved the federal government’s security posture. Prior to his tenure as U.S. CIO, Scott was the CIO at VMWare, CIO at Microsoft Corporation, CIO at The Walt Disney Company, and CTO at General Motors. Tony was inducted into CIO Magazine’s Hall of Fame in 2009.

Arjun first made his mark when he co-founded the HCL Group in 1975, taking it from a six-person “garage operation” to one of India’s largest IT corporations. He's founded several more companies and held numerous executive positions in the years since with organizations like TechSpan, Headstrong, and Magic Software. Arjun’s long list of professional accolades includes the Albert Einstein Technology Medal and the DQ Lifetime Achievement Award.

Abidali Neemuchwala

A globally recognized IT leader and entrepreneur, Abidali Neemuchwala served as the CEO of Wipro from 2016 - 2020, where he helped drive significant growth in digital services and overall revenue. Prior to heading Wipro, Abidali spent more than two decades with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), eventually rising to the rank of CEO. Abidali currently sits on the boards of the Texas Economic Development Corporation and the World Affairs Council of DFW in addition to his role as a Strategic Advisor for ColorTokens. Abidali has earned numerous industry awards and recognition, including BPO CEO of the Year honors in 2010 and 2012.

Amol Kulkarni

Amol Kulkarni joined our Board in December 2023. Formerly, he was the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at CrowdStrike until August 2023, having held leadership roles there since 2014. Before CrowdStrike, Kulkarni spent 14 years at Microsoft in various product and software positions. Currently, he sits on the boards of Dynatrace and JumpCloud. Kulkarni earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Poona, a Master of Technology in Energy Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
