This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how your information is collected, used and disclosed by ColorTokens, Inc. (including its affiliates, subsidiaries or assignees) (“ColorTokens”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and applies to information we collect when our clients, partners and other individuals (“you” or “your”) use or access our online website at www.colortokens.com (the “Website”).

If you or your organization subscribe to ColorTokens’ products or services (collectively, the “Products/Services”) pursuant to a subscription agreement with ColorTokens or another agreement with a ColorTokens-authorized partner, the terms of that subscription agreement (or other data processing agreement) may contain different or additional privacy-related terms.

ColorTokens adheres with the relevant privacy frameworks and is committed to processing personal data in compliance with applicable laws. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual and/or business data, including company name, business email address and business phone number shared with us or as may otherwise be defined under applicable data protection laws, while taking into consideration the imperative interests of you and our clients.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we at ColorTokens handle it. If you do not agree with our policy and practices, you may choose not to use the Website or access the content. By accessing or using the Website, or otherwise providing your information to ColorTokens, you agree to this Policy in entirety.

This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, Services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our website. Partners are governed under a separate privacy policy (Partner’s Privacy Policy) which is applicable under Partner Program. If your company has engaged ColorTokens to provide Services, your company and ColorTokens have agreed to a separate agreement that, among other things, governs the use of all the data collected and maintained by ColorTokens in connection with the operation of the Services. The agreement between your company and ColorTokens takes precedence over the provisions mentioned in this Policy.

We may, modify and revise this Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting the updated Policy on our Website. The date this Policy was last revised is indicated at the top of this Policy. For purposes of this section “Personal Information” has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We use your information mainly to interact with you, to provide you with support services, to make it easy to navigate our Website, to improve our Website and our products, and to offer you dynamic Services, content and Services that might interest you. Information from Other Sources: We might collect information about you from other sources, including service providers, partners, and publicly available sources. We use your Information as follows, where the processing is necessary to establish or administer our agreement with you:

  • Create a single sign on for access to your online account with ColorTokens, our portals, and our online community.
  • Verify your identity and entitlement to products or services when you contact us or access our Services.
  • Allow you to register opportunities.
  • Provide you with technical and customer support and enable the provisioning of services.
  • Register you for events.
  • Allow you to register products or services purchased on behalf of you or your company.
  • Communicate with you regarding support services and provide you with critical service updates.

We ask for and collect Personal Information such as your name and “Business Information” i.e., office address, phone number and email address when you register for or attend a sponsored event or other events in which ColorTokens participates.

ColorTokens does not collect any financial information or store any information that we collect through forms in our data center. Information collected through forms is stored with the respective third-party services in compliance with the data and privacy laws in their respective industries. ColorTokens adheres to all applicable data privacy laws that are enforced across regions and territories worldwide.

Protection Of Children’s Information

This Website is not designed to attract children under the age of consent in their country of residence. We do not knowingly solicit Personal Information from or market to any children and we request that children under the age of consent not submit Personal Information to us through our Website.
