ISO/IEC 27001 is the information security management framework that specifies security best practices and comprehensive security controls. With ISO/IEC 27001, ColorTokens demonstrates its commitment to and compliance with global best practices, proving to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders that security is paramount to the way we operate.
SOC2 Type II is intended to meet the needs of a broad range of stakeholders requiring detailed information and assurance regarding the controls at service organizations relevant to security, availability, and processing integrity of the systems employed in processing users’ data. SOC2 Type II also requires maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the information processed by these systems. The ColorTokens environment was tested by an authorized independent third-party auditor to provide assurance on the controls in place to meet the trust services principles (TSP) criteria.

We have processes to protect the data and privacy of European Union citizens, including development of written guidance to help our customers understand the way our products collect and use personal data. We are further prepared to answer questions from our enterprise customers as well as our employees.
The Federal Information Processing Standard Publication (FIPS PUB) 140-2 is a U.S. government computer security standard for approving cryptographic modules. An authorized cryptographic equipment assessment laboratory tested and verified that the ColorTokens agent software faithfully embedded the OpenSSL FIPS Object Module for cryptographic functions provided by FIPS 140-2. The agent software was tested to operate on variety of platforms.
True to its commitment, ColorTokens conducts periodic cybersecurity testing of its SaaS platforms, agent software, and enterprise network through an authorized and independent assessment laboratory. The security testing is designed to be comprehensive and does not leave any stone unturned in surfacing and addressing the gaps, if any.
TX-RAMP provides a structured and standardized approach for Security Assessment, Continuous Monitoring, and Authorization of 3rd party vendors that process the data of State Agencies or Public Higher Education Institutions in the State of Texas. ColorTokens has achieved the TX-RAMP Level 1 Authorizations for our Xshield Enterprise Microsegmentation Platform.
